  I've only completed a month of the boot camp so far, but I'm loving it! It's motivating to workout with a group of people who don't judge you and the team atmosphere keeps me coming back! I've added in the BBCFE this month and I'm hoping to see the positive changes that others have experienced under the program.

  I have been part of BBC for about 15 months now. Joined on a whim with a few friends. Thought I would only be there 3 months and be done. That was far from the case. My coach, my team and myself needing to be there have kept me going. My health has improved greatly and so has my confidence. The workouts are always changing, so you never get bored and your body does not have a chance to get used to the same thing over and over again. I have learned so much about myself by attending these classes. I would not be where I am without the tough, but caring support of my wonderful coach. My life is changed and I have BBC to thank for it.
