  Very pleased with the final outcome. I originally had a major issue with a miscommunication over a second estimate of work, whether Caliber would take the work, and whether I was going to move forward with Caliber. After Caliber’s Conflict Resolution Manager Cory got involved, Caliber quickly moved from unresponsive and challenging to work with, to bending over backwards to make things right. Cory’s ability to turn my experience around has given me pause, and now I would definitely go back. Not everything works out perfectly from the start, but Caliber will do everything in their power to make things right, and end things on a high note.
