  The good side: Most of the Boots are great! I tried many models on tons of horses thru my 2 horse businesses (the Gloves are the best!). The bad: Shipping for warranty stinks and is super expensive way to get the warranty redeemed. I had lots of dealings with them and they are tight wads with everything. They only care about their bottom line and not about customer satisfaction. Maybe one day they see that it is cheaper to take care of their customers and that the return of more business pays much more than saving a penny and over charging.
