  We arrived at the time we had appointed ourselves to arrive 6 months earlier. The car was not ready due to theft of their vacuum machine. We really didn't want to wait and decided to just take the filthy car. It was a shame there was no financial reward for our taking a dirty car. They offered something like 2 dollars worth of gas. All in all we enjoyed using this facility. They do need a plan B when things go wrong.
